Discord is currently the main way to discuss Rage, and even has voice channels you can use when playing a game online. Do come and join us.

There is still a Facebook community. It is most often used for trading, although people do sometimes post decks there.
Proboards
Before Lackey we had a healthy community of Proboards, where we also played Play-by-Post games and discussed playtesting. It isn't actively used now, but there are some interesting discussions, articles and other posts there.
