Magic Set Editor

Magic Set Editor (MSE) was created to let fans create cards for Magic: the Gathering on the fly. Indeed, it's clear that it was used for the official magic playtesting at some point. There is a plugin for Rage, including some better (not original) borders by another fan. We used it for playtesting but you can use it for any non-commercial purpose that you like. The templates are not quite tidy enough for official cards.

• Download MSE and install it (suggested: Lite version unless you are planning to design Magic cards)
• Download the Rage plugin
• Extract all the folder and move them into ...MSE\Magic Set Editor 2\data
• Run MSE and choose New set: you will be prompted to choose the plugin. Choose Rage > New Template
